Made in France Enameled Cast Iron Cookware
Crafted in France and developed in collaboration with the renowned French chef Paul Bocuse, this handcrafted enameled cast iron cookware combines traditional French craftsmanship with exceptional cooking performance.
The heavyweight, tight-fitting lid features self-basting spikes that create a rain-forest effect inside the cookware, continuously collecting and evenly returning natural juices to the food. This helps retain moisture and delivers tender, flavorful results throughout the cooking process.
The black matte enamel interior promotes exceptional browning while providing a naturally non-stick cooking surface. It is resistant to scratches and chips, will not rust or discolor, and requires no seasoning.
Designed for versatility, the cookware features a smooth enamel base compatible with all major stovetops, including gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction, and halogen. It is oven safe up to 900°F (482°C) without the lid, while the lid and heat-resistant nickel or brass-plated knob are safe up to 500°F (260°C).
