Some items may be offered as second-hand or used. In this case, the condition is indicated on the product page: it is not a new item.

The trademarks mentioned in the titles or descriptions belong to their respective owners. Vibratov, Inc. is the seller; this site is not the official website of these brands.

We strive to provide descriptions and images that are as accurate as possible. However, slight display differences may occur depending on the device or screen used.

3. Price

Product prices are shown on the website at the time of ordering.

Any applicable additional charges are indicated to the customer before final order confirmation.

Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.

Before finalizing the order, the customer can check the information entered and make any necessary corrections.

The order is considered validated after confirmation of payment and receipt of the order confirmation.

A confirmation email can be sent to the address provided by the customer.

5. Payment

6. Delivery

Delivery is free for orders when this option is selected at the time of purchase.

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the order.

Delivery times are given as an indication only and may exceptionally vary depending on the destination, the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery information is provided to the customer as part of the order process or after shipment when tracking information is available.

7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

If there is an error in the address provided, the customer should contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

We will check if a change of address is still possible depending on the order’s preparation or shipping status.

8. Right of return

Customers may request the return of a product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided for by applicable regulations and our Return and Refund Policy.

Before returning any item, the customer must contact our customer service department to receive the necessary instructions.

9. Reimbursement

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be issued when the return conditions are met.

Where possible, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
